PoolSignal provides educational information and decision support for routine residential pool care. It is not a licensed pool professional, laboratory, medical service, emergency service, or substitute for an on-site inspection. Recommendations depend on the pool details and readings you enter.

Safety comes first

• Read and follow every current product label, including concentration, protective equipment, storage, ventilation, circulation, and wait-time instructions.
• Never mix pool chemicals. Add products separately and only in the manner directed by each label.
• Keep people and animals out of the water whenever a label, local rule, or unsafe condition requires it.
• If there is a spill, exposure, fire, dangerous reaction, or medical concern, stop using PoolSignal and contact emergency services, poison control, or the appropriate local authority.
• When PoolSignal and a label or qualified professional differ, follow the label and professional guidance.

Your account and inputs

Provide accurate pool volume, equipment context, sanitizer, test method, and readings. Protect your sign-in and use only pools you are authorized to manage. Do not use the service to harm systems, bypass limits, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other users.

AI assistant

Assistant responses may be incomplete or mistaken. The assistant is restricted to education and explanation; deterministic treatment guidance and product labels remain authoritative for dosing and safety. Do not submit secrets, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in chat.

Product and affiliate links

Shopping is optional. You may use a compatible product you already own. Product availability, price, seller terms, label language, and formulation can change. A link may be affiliate or non-affiliate and is labeled near the action. Compensation never determines chemistry calculations, dose order, or safety guidance.

Beta availability

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable during the beta. Features may have quotas or safety kill switches. Keep independent records needed for safe pool operation and verify important guidance before acting.
